How to care for your carpet:
Shedding: A new hand-tufted carpet can shed excess fibres, this is not a manufacturing fault and will gradually disappear. We recommend regular vacuuming. Sprouting: Sprouting tufts occur naturally, do not pull them out as this will damage the carpet, carefully cut with small sharp scissors. Cleaning: We do not recommend using chemical cleaning solutions as these may damage the colours and quality of the carpet. It is best to get a specialist carpet cleaner to clean the carpets, for small spills you can use a white cloth and warm water, then blow dry if no stain. For all stains please get help from a specialist carpet cleaner.
