Shedding: A new hand-tufted carpet can shed excess fibres, this is not a manufacturing fault and will gradually disappear. We recommend regular vacuuming. It is best to get a specialist carpet cleaner to clean the carpets, for small spills you can use a white cloth and warm water, then blow dry if no stain.
