These Large Tibetan Tiger Silk carpets are made from Bamboo Silk. Bamboo silk not only looks like silk but also has same luxe texture. Bamboo as a plant is extremely sustainable and so is the fabric compared to natural silk. This would be a perfect addition to any home.

Shedding: A new hand-tufted carpet can shed excess fibres, this is not a manufacturing fault and will gradually disappear. We recommend regular vacuuming. Sprouting: Sprouting tufts occur naturally, do not pull them out as this will damage the carpet, carefully cut with small sharp scissors.
